Are your furs authentic?
All furs sold on Time To Clothes are 100% Authentic.
Does T2C have a Return Policy?
All sales on www.timetoclothes.com is final due to custom items purchased on our site. You honestly won't find our products many places. Descriptions are clear and accurate on sizing.
Are other colors available on styles featured on the site?
If you are interested in other colors we can also customize colors on styles per your request. Please email info@timetoclothes.com for more info.
How much do you charge for shipping?
There is no charge for shipping on orders within the US. We want you to have an exceptional experience so enjoy our complimentary shipping service. Custom Furs please allow 7-21 business days to receive your order. Apparel please allow 5-7 business days to receive your order. Most of the time you could receive your order in less time. For all International orders, shipping will automatically be applied at checkout. Sorry but we are unable to ship free to countries outside of the US at the moment.
Do you offer Financing or an Installment Plan?
Financing is available through Klarna, Paypal, and ShopPay.

How do I care for my fur?
Our fur coats should be cleaned every year by a professional furrier or a dry cleaner who specializes in cleaning furs. Do not attempt to wash furs coat at home.
Even if you don't wear it often, animal hides can dry out if not cleaned and conditioned yearly and animal fur gathers dust, oils, and odors. A professional cleaning will add luster and shine to the fur and keep it from shedding.
STORAGE: Authentic Furs hates heat! It is not the actual hair that is affected, it is the hide or leather that can dry out, become stiff, and crack. The optimum storage temperature for natural fur is 45 degrees F and 50% humidity. Our furs should be stored in a dark room which will prevent bleaching and fading of color. Furs that are properly stored during hot weather can last up to 50 years or more.
